It's not always easy to move towards change. I work with curious, self-reflective individuals looking to improve their capacity to cope with stressors and build resiliency. Whether you are looking to decrease feelings of depression or anxiety, or broadly work towards a more fulfilling life--I am confident that we can work together to move towards positive change.
I have experience working with a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and managing overwhelming emotions. We'll partner together to help you cultivate self-compassion and move towards positive change.
In particular, I draw upon both traditional talk therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in my work.
